Shipping Policy

PROCESSING INFORMATION

We process orders between Monday and Friday, except public holidays. Orders will be typically processed within 1-5 days from the order date.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are shipped out directly from our Asian warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! On average you can expect delivery of your order 7-20 business days from the date of processing. All attempts will be made for the quickest delivery based on warehouse inventory availability.

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to, if you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.

 

ORDER TRACKING

When an item from your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking number that enables you to track the progress of the packages from our warehouse to the address you specified. Please note that it may take up to 36 hours before your order tracking information is available from the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped to you from our warehouse, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 36 hours.

 

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

We are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before placing your order.

All of our orders are sent with tracking. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, we work with the shipping provider to find the package, if possible. If the package has been lost or delivered to the wrong address the client needs to contact the shipping company to submit a claim and lost package trace. 

 

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

Customers are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; IOOI has no control over these charges.

 

REFUSED AND UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

A refused shipment will be treated as a return and any return costs will be deducted from the refund.

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error on your part (such as incorrect address or not home), we will contact you to reship the package; any return and reshipping costs are due before the package is reshipped. Re-shipments for domestic customers may not be eligible for Flat Rate Shipping.

International customers will be responsible for any additional fees, duties, or taxes for refused or undeliverable shipments. If customs disposes your shipment for any reason, no refunds will be issued for product or shipping.

 

RESTOCKING FEES

We typically do not assess restocking fees but reserve the right to do so in some situations:

  • Returned shipment contains missing, damaged, or opened items
  • Merchandise inspected by Customs
  • The return was received after the 30 day return window

Our Customer Service team will contact you with any general concerns prior to issuing a refund. Restocking fee is 20% of the total amount ordered.
